All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Namakkal/Chennai. Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within 5-7 business days to most locations in India. For interior or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Processing & Manufacturing Time: Custom orders require 30-45 business days for designing and manufacturing, reflecting the personalized nature of these pieces. The delivery timelines would be communicated once the requirements and design are finalized.

Delivery Time: Upon completion of manufacturing, Delivery is expected within 5-7 business days to most locations in India. For interior or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. This ensures your jewellery is delivered at a convenient time while maintaining security.
Signature Requirements
For the safety of your order, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, you may designate an alternative person (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor) to sign on your behalf. However, please be aware that Susi By Reka takes no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person. We recommend coordinating with someone you trust to receive your package.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. This ensures transparency and keeps you informed every step of the way.
Insurance and Liability
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit, providing peace of mind for your valuable purchase. However, once the package is signed for upon delivery, the responsibility for the goods transfers to the recipient.
